Delivery and Dispatch Information

• We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday
• We'll process orders we receive before 2pm, usually the same day
• Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next working day

Order Tracking

When you place an order you will receive an order dispatch email with your tracking information. Note: some tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update.

Late Deliveries

We know it's frustrating, and we log every late delivery to ensure our partners are doing a good job. 

Most delivery companies have a minimum delivery wait time before we can contact them for updates, here's how long you should wait before getting in touch:

Click and Collect

We offer Click & Collect on most items we sell on our website. Estimated collection times are displayed on each product page, and can vary seasonally.

• Click and Collect is FREE
• You can choose to Click & Collect at Blackpool or Deeside
• You will receive a notification via email to let you know your item is available
• Please do not arrive before you receive your collection email
• Please check our opening times before you travel

International Orders

• Great news, we're now accepting international orders
• We ship to Europe and Internationally
• Our prices don't include import duties and taxes
• Our rates are dynamic and depend on your order value, weight and location
